We’re hiring experienced Tool & Die Makers (Class A &

B) for a union manufacturing facility. This role is critical to production—building, repairing, and maintaining precision tooling used in manufacturing.

High-paying skilled trade role in a union shop with long-term stability. You’re not just running parts—you’re building and troubleshooting precision tooling that keeps production running. Strong hourly rates up to $29.50/hr, multiple shift options, and consistent work. This is a career-level role for experienced machinists looking for stability, benefits, and respect for their trade.

• Build, repair, and maintain dies and tooling
• Work with tight tolerances (.0005 precision)
• Operate CNC and manual machines (milling, grinding, turning)
• Perform die assembly, fitting, and troubleshooting
• Diagnose tooling issues and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain equipment and follow shop procedures

Class A handles complex tooling and may train others. Class B focuses on routine work.

• Class B: 3+ years experience
• Class A: 4+ years experience
• Strong machining and blueprint reading skills
• Experience with CNC setup/programming is a plus
• Must provide your own tools
