Job Overview

Champion Home Builders, Inc. seeks Production Workers for its Skyline Homes manufacturing facility in Leola, PA. Under general supervision, workers build manufactured housing on the production line, maintaining quality, speed, and teamwork.

FLSA Status:
Non-exempt.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure.
• Read blueprints and orders.
• Communicate well with coworkers.
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Understanding of safety procedures.

• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.

Regularly required to stand, use hands, reach, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Must be able to pass a 7‑Panel Drug Screen.
