Crusher Plant Operator

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Operate and monitor portable crushing and screening equipment to meet daily production targets.

+ Set up, tear down, and relocate the portable plant across sites throughout Southeast Pennsylvania.

+ Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs to ensure safe, efficient operations.

+ Adjust plant settings and material flow to optimize product quality and throughput.

+ Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures while maintaining clean and organized work areas.

** What Are We Looking For*
* + Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain heavy equipment.

+ Demonstrated ability to operate crushing/screening equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within SEPA and adapt to changing job sites.

+ Commitment to safety, teamwork, and clear communication in a production environment.

+ Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications/licensing for equipment operation.

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
