Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, schematics, and specifications to determine materials and assembly requirements;
Assemble and wire devices in accordance with work instructions, physical drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials;
Use hand tools such as drills, taps, crimpers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and sockets to perform drilling, tapping, crimping, cutting, and stripping of wire, and to install equipment;
Follow established production processes to achieve and maintain the minimum productivity rate defined by management;
Confer with supervisors and engineers to review work activities and resolve production or assembly problems as they arise
