  • 8+ years of experience working directly with manufacturing processes (build to print and new product development) and successfully leading a Manufacturing Engineering function within a low volume, high mix manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams of engineers in a continuous improvement environment.
  • 2+ years demonstrated hands‑on expertise with CNC, Assembly and/or Grinding processes.
  • Black/Green Belt or Lean Certification a plus.
  • Knowledge of magnetic materials and applications in a high mix/low volume manufacturing environment is a plus.
