• We are a union shop, so employees are paid based on the job they are assigned.
• $19.77 to $21.92 per hour base rate (shift differential for non-daylight positions)
• Pay rates are not negotiable

• Our entry-level laborers are essential to the operations of our company and include positions such as:
  • Press Laborer
  • Inspector Packer
  • Sorter Packer
  • Cutter Belt/Sagger Filler

• All candidates must be able to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts. Some higher paid positions rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Mostly Monday-Friday with overtime on the weekends, when necessary.
• Must be able to follow work instructions and to keep accurate records as required.
• Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and maintain records.
• Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales.
• Must be able to perform visual quality checks.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.

• Works in various departments throughout the facility in a laborer role
• Previous manufacturing and forklift experience is a bonus, but not required
• Will be using various basic tools and equipment.
