Maintenance Supervisor- 3rd shift

Location: Souderton

Almac Group is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor for our Souderton, PA location. The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise the Machine Technician and Production Technician staff in the day-to-day duties within Primary packaging rooms (exposed product) and Secondary Packaging rooms (no exposed product). Assist/support Production Supervisors, Validation Technicians and all the Design/Engineering staff.

Hours on this role are 11pm-7am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the allocation of work priorities and resources to Machine Technicians and Production Technicians to ensure scheduled target dates are consistently achieved
• Assist/support Production Supervisors to achieve Production requirements, Validation activities to ensure Equipment is fully functional to GMP standards, and the Design/Engineering staff to ensure tooling functionality.
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot most aspects of the packaging equipment and be able to liaise with the vendor technicians to communicate issues beyond knowledge
• Perform and/or oversee preventive maintenance as per Almac Clinical Services SOPs and preventive maintenance schedules (PEMAC).
• Ensuring all relevant equipment details are correctly entered into batch documentation by Machine Technicians and Production Technicians.

Education:



High School Diploma or GED

Required

Work Experience:

• Minimum three years Machine/Mechanical Experience
• Pharmaceutical related industry preferred

Required Knowledge:

• Packaging/processing equipment
