Assembler 1 - 3rd shift
Job DescriptionThe Assembler is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision on the 3rd shift.
Your role- Handle small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy. Perform a variety of electro‑mechanical assembly operations using small hand tools, soldering equipment and machinery.
- Follow methods of sequence of operations to ensure documented & controlled processes are followed.
- Must be able to understand & document daily production metrics accurately.
- May participate in projects as a team member in the development of skills, talents, and teamwork to support improvement projects.
- Expected to demonstrate the Philips Behaviors, treat all team members with respect, and value their feedback.
- Good hand‑eye coordination, communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Have a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
This is an onsite role in Reedsville, PA.
Compensation & BenefitsPay range for this position in PA is $17.75 to $23.71 an hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives may be offered.
