Production Supervisor

Bradford, Pennsylvania | Full-Time | Leadership Role | 4/3 Split Rotating Night Shift Schedule

We’re currently seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee our night shift operations in Bradford, PA. In this role, you’ll guide a team of dedicated employees, ensuring that all assignments are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company policies and customer expectations. From keeping production on schedule to maintaining safety and quality standards, you’ll be a key driver of success on the floor.

What will You do?
  • Supervise Production Teams – Lead and support multiple production departments throughout your shift.
  • Scheduling & Work Allocation – Ensure schedule compliance, make adjustments as needed based on capacity or shifting priorities.
  • Monitor Quality & Progress – Keep jobs moving in the proper order and at target run rates while ensuring products are correctly staged and identified.
  • Maintain Documentation – Ensure labor entries, job cards, and all documentation are filled out accurately and on time.
  • Drive Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety protocols, material handling procedures, and company policies.
  • Support 6S & Continuous Improvement – Promote and participate in 6S initiatives, KPIs, and other lean manufacturing practices.
  • Coordinate Resources – Communicate with the Plant Manager to manage inventory, tooling, maintenance needs, and waste reduction.
  • Participate in Operations – Step in to support operations as needed (e.g., shipping/receiving, passivation, electropolishing, etc.).
  • Lead by Example – Handle disciplinary matters appropriately and act as a model of professionalism and performance.

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adobe PDF Suite
  • Microsoft Dynamics Software Systems a plus
Qualifications
  • Certificate from a technical school, or 3–5 years of relevant supervisory or manufacturing experience (or an equivalent combination)
  • Experience working in a production/manufacturing setting
  • Comfortable using computers and documentation tools to track operations
  • Strong communication skills and leadership presence

Work Hours

4/3 Split Rotating Night Shift Schedule – This position operates on a rotating 12‑hour night shift from 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, designed to provide a balanced work‑life schedule with built‑in extended time off. Employees work one week on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, followed by the next week on Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This unique 4/3 split rotation provides every other weekend as a 3‑day weekend, allowing for more personal time, recovery, and flexibility outside of work.
