Production Supervisor

We’re seeking a first shift hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations onsite in Lewisberry, PA ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with FDA and quality standards. You’ll manage a team of 10–12 employees while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily production to meet targets
• Lead, train, and develop team members
• Manage SAP/ERP transactions and production reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and FDA regulations
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials teams
• Support equipment maintenance and process improvements

• 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience (medical device preferred)
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of GMP/documentation practices
• Packaging equipment experience (preferred)
• On‑site role in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physical setting
• Overtime as needed
