• Coordinate with Production Supervisor regarding required weld processes per project.
• Collaborate with Shop Lead to meet weld schedule needs and best fit.
• Perform various fabrication projects.
• Assist welders with fitting and problem‑solving.
• Share knowledge and experience to maximize daily performance.
• Conduct daily QC/QA.

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and STICK welding.
• Experience with Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel.
• Maintain up‑to‑date weld certification.

• Must have 2 or more years of pipe fitting and welding experience.
• Dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Attention to detail.
• Highly reliable.

• Standing for 90% of the day.
• Ability to work with ongoing exposure to loud noise.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push/pull, and grasp objects.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Must pass pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
