Night Shift Press Operator

Shift: Night Turn (flexible start times between 3pm-5pm)
We are seeking a skilled Night Shift Press Operator to join our team. What You'll DoAs a Night Shift Press Operator, you will play a critical role in producing high‑quality stamped components by setting up and operating presses, supporting die development, and ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate dies, presses, and auxiliary equipment to produce quality parts.
- Collaborate with die assembly and quality teams to support die development and continuous improvement efforts.
- Inspect stamped parts throughout production to verify critical dimensions and conformance to specifications.
- Organize, package, and prepare finished products for shipment or next operations.
- Operate overhead cranes, fork trucks, and production presses safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes using testing equipment and operational experience.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
- Basic math skills, including measurements and calculations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, ear protection, and safety shoes.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or otherwise able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of Apprenticeship Program or equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Experience operating stamping presses, cranes, or industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Stand, bend, sit, kneel, and move throughout a 10‑hour shift.
- Lift and control up to 35 pounds without assistance.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements while maintaining dexterity.
- Reach above shoulder level as needed.
- Work safely around moving machinery and industrial equipment.
- Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
This position works on‑site in a manufacturing facility and requires frequent interaction with large industrial machinery. Employees regularly work near moving mechanical equipment in a moderately high‑noise environment. Remote work is not available for this position.
