Bulk Operator - 2nd Shift

Position:
Bulk Operator

• $5,000 First Year Sign‑On Bonus
• Competitive hourly rates starting at $24.00 (initial range $23.00‑$25.00)
• Shift differentials: 3:00PM‑11:00PM + $1.50 per hour, 11:00PM‑7:00AM + $3.00 per hour

• Operate bulk load‑out systems, flows, and equipment; troubleshoot and take corrective action
• Blend flour(s) and ingredients to specifications; complete related paperwork accurately
• Use a computer and maintain up‑to‑date records in Microsoft Outlook, Access, and Excel
• Perform daily record keeping: report filling, inspections, bin measurements, and weight tickets
• Take flour samples, test them, and prepare Certificates of Analysis
• Assist with minor mechanical repairs to the load‑out system
• Safely drive and operate yard tractor to jockey bulk tanks; park and jockey van trailers
• Inspect tanks in accordance with procedure and policy
• Facilitate dropping flour loads into bulk tanks and complete required inspection reports
• Assist feed drivers and other plant personnel as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong reading, writing, math, and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong planning, decision‑making, and analytical skills
• Mechanical aptitude for minor repairs
• At least one year of manufacturing or plant‑operations experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, Personal Safety, and Food Safety processes (preferred)

• Lift up to 50lbs and exert up to 20lbs of force
• Work in a production environment with hot and cold conditions; wear respiratory protection and PPE
• Work in elevated areas (4ft+)
• Traverse stairs throughout the facility
• Work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional 7‑day rotation; cross‑train in at least one other position
