Job DetailsWe are seeking a skilled Fabrication & Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this hands‑on role, you will fabricate, assemble, repair, and maintain specialized steelmaking equipment and tooling used in high‑temperature industrial applications. - Fabrication & Assembly
- Fabricate, assemble, and test specialized industrial tools and equipment according to engineering drawings and welding specifications.
- Perform precision welding on stainless steel and high‑temperature‑resistant materials.
- Ensure all products meet quality and performance standards before release.
- Machining & Quality Control
- Operate machining equipment to shape and modify metal components.
- Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, defects, leaks, and overall quality.
- Utilize pressure testing and visual inspections to verify equipment integrity.
- Maintenance & Repair
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on specialized tooling and equipment.
- Replace worn or damaged components to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Documentation & Safety
- Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and production records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2‑3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, metal fabrication, or a related field.
- Strong welding experience, including stainless steel fabrication and pipe welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Experience operating industrial equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and thermal cutting tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
