As a Shift Manager, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and safety standards. - Oversee all aspects of production during assigned shift, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and customer service standards.
- Lead and motivate the shift team to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment.
- Monitor production schedules and promptly resolve any issues related to production, quality, or safety.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and product quality standards.
- Collaborate with support departments and accept ownership and accountability for shift outcomes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to focus on quality and attention to detail.
