Electrical Mechanical Technician
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on electrical and control systems.
- Install, modify, and maintain motors, drives, PLCs, and related equipment.
- Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities for equipment reliability and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical/electronics preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as an electrical technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work safely with high‑voltage systems and equipment.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working 12‑hour shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
Shift: 2‑2‑3 12‑hour shifts, nights (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.).
Pay: $31.49–$38.36 per hour + $1.00 per hour night shift premium.
