Terr Ascend is hiring a full‑time Manufacturing Technician to support production and packaging operations at our Waterfall, PA facility.
Responsibilities- Adhere to the daily production schedule to meet efficiency goals.
- Verify that all working areas, tools, and equipment are maintained and in good working order before each shift or batch.
- Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools, and work surfaces.
- Manufacture products in accordance with batch records using manual and semi‑automated equipment.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed.
- Keep work area clean and well organized.
- Inspect work area on arrival and departure for proper safety and eGMP compliance.
- Accurately complete batch records and associated documentation.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process problems.
- Support process development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Terr Ascend processes.
- Ensure the safety of self and others by maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.
- Perform other duties related to post‑processing production, packaging, labeling, and R & D as required.
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly; 1–2 years in a distribution environment is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated to learn and improve.
- Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, or similar applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, constantly changing team environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and/or walking for extended periods.
- Ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from manuals, data sheets, or other documents.

Physical Requirements
This position requires working in an environment with high amounts of plant matter, pollen, and dust. The facility experiences varying temperatures and humidity. Employees may be exposed to chemical cleaning agents such as bleach and work with hazardous chemicals (butane, propane). Protective gear, eye and ear protection, and non‑slip footwear are required. The job involves repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and extended periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and walking.
Employees must be comfortable with hazardous chemical handling under strict safety guidelines.
A complete background investigation will be conducted as required by state law.
