Glen-Gery, a leading brick manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our plant in Shoemakersville, PA. The role involves installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment.
Shift Availability- 2nd and 3rd shift
The ideal candidate will be adept at installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment. This hands‑on job requires mechanical, welding, and fabrication skills, blueprint reading, basic carpentry, and math. The candidate should also be able to work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

RequiredSkills and Abilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a wide variety of industrial equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.
- Degree from a Technical School or University preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment
- Knowledge and experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Fabrication
- Welding
