Industrial Maintenance Technicians ensure optimal efficiency by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. They adhere to safety and quality standards, maintain mechanical competency, and adapt to rotating assignments across various bakery areas. The role requires climbing ladders up to 20 feet, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in confined spaces.

• Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection, and general shop practices.
• Perform component lubrication and preventive maintenance on specific equipment.
• Identify mechanical wear, troubleshoot, and replace drive and conveyor components.
• Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Follow environmental and maintenance programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, harassment, safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties assigned by management, including scheduling, attendance, and operating rules.
• Obtain required licenses for work with boilers, refrigeration, and other equipment as mandated by local, county, or state agencies.

• At least 1 year of technician experience.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or a related field.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or trade school certification or diploma is a plus.

Salary Range: $30.87–$43.50 per hour.
