Lite Assembly Technician
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lite Assembly Technician to join our 1st shift team. This role involves assembling small to medium-sized components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
- Use basic hand tools and small power tools to complete assemblies
- Inspect parts for quality and ensure accuracy of finished products
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Package finished products as required
- Report any defects, issues, or shortages to supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred SkillsExperience with light manufacturing or production environments. Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periods. Lift up to 25–35 lbs as needed. Repetitive hand and arm movements. Good vision for detailed assembly work.
