Nipro is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for the first shift in Lewisberry, PA. This role involves leading daily manufacturing operations, managing a team of 10–12 employees, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and FDA standards.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and be skilled with SAP/ERP systems. Additional forklift experience and knowledge of GMP practices are preferred.
