The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Production to join our Langeloth Metallurgical Facility in Langeloth, PA. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities within the plant production department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of production employees.
  • Assign and monitor tasks.
  • Implement production schedules and plans to meet production goals.
  • Monitor production metrics and adjust processes as needed.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and quality checks.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the plant by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor production costs and implement cost saving measures where possible without compromising quality or safety.
  • Identify training needs for employees and arrange training as necessary.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control principles.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
