We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to identify and improve processes, including data keeping and streamlining, and to provide hands‑on, targeted, task‑level coaching on harness repair, connector pinning, wire routing, bonding/grounding, and installation practices. This role requires flexibility to accommodate varying project requirements and involves providing opportunities to improve workmanship and first‑time quality.

• Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to support manufacturing operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement lean manufacturing principles.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on projects and provide task‑level coaching.
• Maintain and improve data keeping and streamlining efforts.

• 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work any assigned shift.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources.

• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent education.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles in a production system.
• Experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of IPC‑A‑620 standards.

• Availability to work any shift as needed.
• Travel: up to 10% of the time.
• Relocation:
  Must live in the immediate area or relocate at own expense.
