PositionSummary
The Production Assembly Associate plays a key role in supporting CSI's manufacturing operations. This position involves hands‑on assembly, inspection, and handling of components used in our high‑quality product lines. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Handle, position, and secure components during various stages of production.
- Conduct basic visual inspections to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
- Operate small tools or equipment as required for the assigned workstation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
- Follow all safety protocols, work instructions, and company policies.
- Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Comfortable working with small or detailed components.
- Ability to stay focused and productive in a high‑volume environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for extended periods, depending on the task.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, packaging, or similar production environments.
- Background in fine detail work such as crafting, small part assembly, or precision tasks.
- Familiarity with quality checks or basic inspection processes.

Enjoy a consistent 10‑hour shift, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm with Fridays reserved for overtime, in a climate‑controlled manufacturing environment designed for year‑round comfort. Most work is performed seated, while hands‑on training and clear, structured processes support efficiency, safety, and long‑term success.
