Gestion De Projet De Conduite De Changement Opérationnel
Votre mission principale, au sein de notre usine de Production : Gérer un projet de conduite de changement opérationnel en appliquant une démarche Lean manufacturing. S'assurer de l'atteinte des objectifs en confection
- Mettre en place des outils Lean manufacturing préalablement définis (Atelier de coupe et confection)- Analyser les contraintes de fabrication et apporter des solutions
- Animer les équipes de production et encadrer le chef d'atelier confection
- Etre garant de la qualité de production
- Suivre et améliorer les indicateurs de performances
