** Responsibilities*
* + Operate tube-making production equipment safely and efficiently.

+ Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, GMPs, and quality requirements.

+ Perform equipment startup and shutdown procedures.

+ Help achieve daily production goals while minimizing downtime and scrap.

+ Assist the Line Lead as needed.

+ Maintain a clean, organized work area.

** Qualifications*
* + Manufacturing or production experience preferred.

+ Assembly line experience is a plus.

+

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, OEE, or similar continuous improvement methods is preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to work well in a team environment.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

+ Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
