Shifts:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Press Assistant/Press Operator Job Responsibilities

• Assist press operators with machine setup, production runs, and changeovers
• Load materials and monitor production equipment during operation
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure specifications are met
• Help maintain production flow and meet daily production goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation
• Support preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting tasks
• Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing standards

Press Assistant/Press Operator Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Team-oriented with a positive work attitude
