General Laborer
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a general laborer to join their team. As a general laborer, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Roaring Spring, PA
Shift: Training shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM;
After training:
Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
What's the Job?
- Assist in lifting, strapping, and stacking materials on production lines
- Maintain a steady pace to support continuous production without delays
- Stand for extended periods, approximately 98% of the workday
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing steel/composite toe shoes and hearing protection
- Learn to operate equipment and perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
What's Needed?
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Comfortable standing and moving for most of the work shift
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Respect for workplace safety rules and regulations
