Purpose
Develop and manage production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization. This role involves analyzing production capacity, forecasting demand, coordinating with manufacturing teams, and monitoring inventory levels to minimize disruptions.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and components.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and inventory levels for management review.
- Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products up and down the value chain.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align production plans with business objectives.
- Maintain SAP planning parameters and master data.

Required Qualifications- BA/BS in a related field (Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business, Information Technology).
- 3+ years of total experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a Product Supply discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to build relationships and influence other members of the organization to achieve goals and increase performance.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Experience managing complexity in production planning at a 24/7 manufacturing site.
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with SAP and MRP systems.
- Experience with PowerBI and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Product Supply System (PSS) and lean manufacturing principles and practices.
Employees can expect a salary between $86,320.00 and $. Additional compensation may include bonus or incentive pay if applicable. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, sick leave, and more.
