Staff Management SMX - - Responsibilities:
Operate Tri-Seal production line stations to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations;
Perform packing, hand packing, rework, inspections, and visual quality checks to ensure product quality standards are met;
Assist with line clearances, changeovers, and minor equipment adjustments to minimize downtime;
Support 5S workplace organization and perform routine lubrication checks under plant technician supervision;
Move, stage, and handle raw materials, work in process, finished goods, and product returns to maintain production flow
