The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards before they move to the next stage of production or reach the customer. This role inspects materials, components, and finished goods, identifies defects or inconsistencies, and helps prevent quality issues from impacting operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/ FUNCTIONS

  • Records product information into ERP operating system and other applications.
  • Uses microscopes and other visual aids to inspect.
  • Records asset numbers, date, pass/fail, and inspector stamp on paperwork/ applications.
  • Complies with ISO and IPC standards of inspection.
  • Helps others with all quality inspection needs.
  • Follows 5S procedures.
  • Notifies supervisor if there is an issue or likely to be an issue.
  • Other quality job‑related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ KSA

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Ability to understand and determine product quality.
  • Ability to sit at a table/ desk for extended periods of time.
