Rev Spring is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the efficiency and quality of operations at our print facility in Oaks, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include hiring and managing shift personnel, problem-solving equipment issues quickly, and supporting quality and LEAN initiatives. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a strong commitment to customer service.
The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and detail orientation. A high school diploma is a minimum requirement, with an Associates Degree in Manufacturing preferred.
