Production Team Member – First Shift (1st)

Join Lightweight Manufacturing, part of Seaman Corporation, as a full‑time Production Team Member on the first shift (Monday–Friday, 4:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m., 40 hrs/week). The role is on‑site at our manufacturing facility.

• Handling and preparing materials (moving, cutting, inspecting, packing)
• Supporting machine operation and workflow
• Learning blueprint reading and mastering RF equipment to operate independently
• Maintaining a safe work environment by following all established safety procedures

• 18 years or older
• High‑school diploma or GED required
• Eligible to work in the United States; E‑Verify participant
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
• Basic knowledge of measurements (metric system a plus)
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Teamwork skills
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

This job involves physical labor. Employees work as a team to move large/heavy fabric panels. Tasks include bending, standing, walking, handling large/heavy objects, talking, and hearing. Associates may sit, stoop, kneel, or reach with hands and arms. Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
