JLG, an Oshkosh company, seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for welding and fabrication at the McConnellsburg Plant to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements. You will partner with Engineering, Operations and Production to ensure manufacturability of new designs and optimize fabrication and welding processes.
Responsibilities include implementing new equipment, tooling and automation, leading projects, and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
