Monitor fully automated processing lines
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and engaged in your work
- Open and adaptable to daily feedback on performance
- Able to plan, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
- Reliable, consistent attendance, punctual, and dependable
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial setting
- Mechanical, equipment and process knowledge
- Forklift, health & safety and first aid certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform frequent quality checks on products
- Participate in continuous quality improvement projects
- Assist with some mechanical repairs
- Maintain work area to acceptable safety and housekeeping standards
- Notify the shift leader or management with any equipment related issues
- Assist in the training of new operators
Work Environment Conditions Subjected To In This Position:
- Plant environment
Physical Activity Required For This Position:
- Some stair climbing, lifting 25 pounds or more
