Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to perform scheduled preventative maintenance and basic repairs
• Good organizational skills for record-keeping and inventory management
• At least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or technical school training in mechanics

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management systems
• Additional technical training in mechanics or related fields
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Technical training or coursework in mechanics
• 1+ years of practical maintenance experience

Other Requirements:

• Availability for a standard daylight shift from 7am to 3:30pm
• Ability to maintain safety standards and perform routine equipment inspections
• Willingness to support various production areas as needed

Pay/Raise

Schedule:

• 1st raise: $22.75 - 3 months
• 2nd raise: $23.90 - 6 months
• 3rd raise: $25.00 - 9 months
• 4th raise: $26.35 - 12 months
