Production Laborer

Job Title: Production Laborer

Pay Rate: $19.77 to $21.92 an hour (based on prior experience)

Shift: 1st & 2nd (rotating weekly) $1.00 shift differential when on 2nd shift

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Location: Saxonburg, PA

Shift Details: All candidates must be able to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts. (Some higher paid positions rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift) Must be able to work over‑time as required. Mostly Monday-Friday with over‑time on the weekends, when necessary.

Works in various departments throughout the facility in a laborer role. Previous manufacturing and forklift experience is a bonus, but not required. Will be using various basic tools and equipment. These are not assembly line positions.

• Must be able to follow work instruction and keep accurate records as required.
• Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and records.
• Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales.
• Must be able to perform visual quality checks.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
