CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our stone fabrication team. In this role, you will operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish stone materials such as granite, quartz, and marble. If you enjoy working with machinery, paying attention to detail, and producing high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

• Operate CNC machines to cut and shape stone according to measurements and designs.
• Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Set up tools, enter machine settings, and prepare materials for production.
• Load and unload stone slabs safely using lifting equipment or team support.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Check finished pieces for accuracy, quality, and defects.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times.

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing, fabrication, or stone industry environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials safely.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, PA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
