Location Addresses include multiple Meadowlands and Washington sites. Wage is based on experience for all positions. Manual Machinist – Heavy Fabrication Division
—We are seeking a detail-oriented manual machinist to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating manual machines, while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in a dynamic, manufacturing environment and a focus on precision and continuous improvement.

• Receive blueprints, files, and documents to manually manufacture parts.
• Use drawings on manual machines to fabricate parts; cut material as needed.
• Machine parts to specified length and square tolerances.
• Measure with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
• Operate a variety of tools and machinery safely; perform overhead crane operations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• High school diploma or GED and/or relevant work experience.
• Two (2) years manual machining experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Tow Motor certification through IGS; valid driver’s license required.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; must be 18 years or older.

• Proven experience as a manual machinist; proficient with manual lathes, mills, grinders, and hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-precision, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; commitment to safety and quality standards.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with flexible options; no rotating shifts. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.
