• Supervise daily production operations within assigned department (Tray Pack, Debone, Processing, Whole Bird Packaging, Evisceration, etc.)
• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to customer specifications
• Track production yields, labor utilization, efficiencies, and downtime
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, USDA, OSHA, EEO, and company policies
• Maintain production records and HACCP documentation
• Work closely with Maintenance and Plant leadership to maximize equipment uptime
• Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and line coverage
• Train, coach, mentor, and develop 25-50 production employees
• Conduct team meetings and ongoing employee training
• Promote workplace safety and enforce safety procedures
• Build positive working relationships with USDA inspectors and plant leadership
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased efficiencies

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in meat processing or food manufacturing
• Strong background in poultry processing or food manufacturing operations
• Experience with USDA, HACCP, and GMP compliance
• Experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to improve production efficiencies, labor utilization, and product quality
• Experience managing production schedules and staffing
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
