We are seeking a skilled Fabrication & Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will fabricate, assemble, repair, and maintain specialized steelmaking equipment and tooling used in high-temperature industrial applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong welding and fabrication experience who enjoys working with precision equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, metal fabrication, or a related field.
• Strong welding experience, including stainless steel fabrication and pipe welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Experience operating industrial equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and thermal cutting tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Fabrication & Assembly:
  Fabricate, assemble, and test specialized industrial tools and equipment according to engineering drawings and welding specifications. Perform precision welding on stainless steel and high-temperature-resistant materials. Ensure all products meet quality and performance standards before release.
• Machining & Quality Control:
  Operate machining equipment to shape and modify metal components. Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy, defects, leaks, and overall quality. Utilize pressure testing and visual inspections to verify equipment integrity.
• Maintenance & Repair:
  Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on specialized tooling and equipment. Replace worn or damaged components to maximize equipment performance and reliability. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Documentation & Safety:
  Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and production records. Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe work environment. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
