Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Malvern

Staffmark -  - Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, assembly instructions, specifications, work orders, and job travelers;
Assemble, position, align, and adjust electrical and mechanical components to ensure proper fit, function, and performance;
Install completed electrical control panels and controllers onto finished industrial equipment;
Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and electrical connections according to engineering requirements;
Prepare, route, and connect tubing as directed for equipment assembly;
Use multimeters, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify assembly accuracy and electrical continuity;
Conduct basic testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and quality checks to identify wiring issues, component defects, alignment concerns, and assembly errors;
Verify proper component placement and ensure products meet quality and safety standards;
Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently;
Complete production documentation, quality records, and assembly paperwork accurately
