Location: Chestnut Ridge
U.S. Boiler Company, a Burns Holdings, Inc. subsidiary, is seeking a 1st shift Boiler Assembler in Lancaster, PA.
The role is full-time and union hourly, with hours Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM and some Saturdays. Training pay starts at $21.44/hr with incentive pay after training based on performance. The successful candidate will assemble residential boilers as part of a team, using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and following standard procedures to ensure safety and quality.
