Laborer, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations

Location: Somerset

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with general labor tasks, machine operation, and assembling air compressors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**   $17+ based on experience

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday 7am-3:30 pm (sometimes 4:30 or 5:30), Saturdays 7am-11:00 or 12:00, with overtime available and encouraged

* + Perform general labor tasks supporting manufacturing operations

+ Operate machinery safely and efficiently

+ Assist in assembling air compressors and related components

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Follow safety protocols and quality standards

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; training provided

+ Ability to work Monday through Saturday with flexible hours

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

+ Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

+ Credential requirements: 100006, 100038
