It is the responsibility of the welder to set up and operate metal inert gas welder (MIG), drilling machine, and robotic welding system using appropriate jigs fixtures, etc. according to manufacturing specifications.

• Sets up and operates metal inert gas welder (MIG), drilling machine, and robotic welder using jigs, fixtures and welding manufacturing specifications; must be able to program robotic welding system per manufacturer's instructions.
• Performs TIG welding and hand brazing, as well as occasional stick welding.
• Performs aluminum welding.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Works overtime as required.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required or work–equivalent job experience.
• Minimum of six months' experience in welding is preferred; industry recognized welding training and/or certification a plus.
• Experience in fluid power industry and/or manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Operate an overhead crane.
• Knowledge of ERP software.
