This full-time role oversees recipe development, production planning, packaging, QA, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality craft beer for on-site consumption and selective distribution.
You will manage a 10 bbl Deutsche brewhouse, supervise wort production, fermentation, maturation, and packaging, and drive seasonal innovations while maintaining core beers.
