TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a General Plant Supervisor to oversee warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage daily plant activities, including scheduling, inventory, production workflows, and quality control. You will lead and coach small, hands-on teams; implement lean processes; enforce safety and compliance; and coordinate with logistics and client-service teams.
This role requires strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in support of high-impact client work.
