Responsibilities- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Perform product inspections using microscopes and other quality tools.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and make basic adjustments to equipment.
- Track production data and maintain accurate records.
- Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
- Handle materials safely while using required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or a technical environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Cleanroom, semiconductor, or quality inspection experience is a plus.

12-Hour Shifts
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Rotating schedule with overtime built in every other week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
