Production Supervisor (Temp 3-5 Months)

We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead, train, and motivate production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will ensure quality standards, production goals, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction are achieved while fostering a safe and productive workplace. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in driving continuous improvement and developing high-performing teams.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring daily production success by:

• Overseeing production operations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.
• Ensuring production quotas, schedules, and customer deadlines are consistently met.
• Assigning work and evaluating productivity, workflow, methods, and procedures while providing recommendations for improvement.
• Enforcing company policies, plant rules, and operational standards, including problem-solving and the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Creating and managing labor schedules by assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, minimizing overtime, resolving issues, and reporting daily production results.
• Maintaining positive and effective union relationships by adhering to collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
• Championing food safety, quality standards, and customer requirements while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and company expectations.
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees.

Your Work Environment | Working Conditions & Safety Considerations

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear.
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to loud manufacturing environments; hearing protection may be required.
• May be exposed to hot, wet, cold, or varying environmental conditions.
• Some travel may be required.
