Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Set up Mazak CNC vertical milling machines and EZ 32 Mill to meet job specifications;
Load, verify, and run CNC programs on Mazak Vertical Machining Centers with Smooth G controllers;
Perform full setups including tooling, offsets, and fixturing;
Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining processes, dimensions, and tolerances;
Use precision measuring tools to inspect and verify dimensions and tolerances;
Edit G & M codes to optimize machining performance;
Inspect final parts and document results, addressing nonconformances;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area;
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
